Website contact form
The website form prepares a draft in your email app using the name, subject and message you enter. It does not submit these fields to a website message service or save them in browser storage. If you send the email, your email provider transmits its contents and sender address to Rolbit. Do not include sensitive personal information.
Proposed use of enquiries
Rolbit would use information supplied in an enquiry to respond to product questions, prepare requested quotations and provide support. These purposes, any additional uses, and the legal basis for processing must be confirmed by Rolbit before this policy is approved.
Email providers, sharing and international transfers
Your email provider's own terms apply when you send a message. Rolbit must confirm its email and other service providers, any recipients of personal information, any international transfers and applicable safeguards. No statement about selling information has been verified.
Hosting, cookies and third-party services
The website loads typography from Google Fonts, which requires requests to Google's servers. Hosting and service providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses. Rolbit must confirm provider details, logging, retention and any analytics or cookies before issuing a final policy.
Retention and security
